Achieve radiant, younger-looking skin with BBL™ Photofacials at Refine Dermatique. Broad Band Light Photofacials are non-invasive treatments that improve the appearance of discoloration and hyperpigmentation such as redness associated with rosacea and pigmentation caused by sun damage.
BBL photofacials have been scientifically proven by a 2012 Stanford University study to promote a younger-looking appearance by changing the skin’s cells. The BBL wavelengths have shown to alter the skin’s genes and change the make up of the skin. This genetic alteration of the skin cells creates overall more youthful looking skin.
The light energy delivered by BBL will gently heat the upper layers of your skin. The heat absorbed by the targeted areas will stimulate your skin cells to regenerate. This corrective process will restore your skin to its natural beauty, making it clearer, smoother, vibrant and younger looking. BBL allows your clinician to treat age spots, small facial veins, and many other skin conditions. BBL stimulates cells to regenerate, and typically with the first treatment you will start to see smoother, more even and vibrant skin. The photothermal energy will eliminate fine vessels that cause redness and reduce unwanted melanin that produces age and sun spots. Your skin will feel smoother, pores will be less noticeable, and uneven pigmentation will fade. BBL can be the foundation for and used in conjunction with all other treatments. favorite treatments to slow down the photo aging process of the skin.

FDA-cleared Exilis Ultra 360™️ at Refine Dermatique provides clients with two modalities in order to achieve two forms of impressive results. Exilis Ultra 360™️ uses two forms of energy radiofrequency and ultrasound to redefine loose skin and smooth out wrinkles by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin in the body which causes skin to tighten. The skin tightening modality can be used anywhere on the body that there is loose or lax skin, including the face.
Exilis Ultra 360™️ in St. Cloud, Minnesota can also be used a method of fat reduction. This modality uses radiofrequency energy and ultrasound to target fat cells beneath the skin’s surface for fat reduction. As fat cells melt and die, the body naturally rids itself of them in the following months for a trimmer figure. At the same time that Exilis Ultra 360™️ is eliminating unwanted fat cells, it is improving the skin’s elasticity by promoting the production of collagen. For clients who don’t want to opt for surgery, Exilis Ultra 360™️ is an ideal treatment for both fat reduction and skin tightening in the Minnesota area.

Serious exfoliation with added benefit
Dermaplaning is an exfoliation treatment with the added benefit of removing vellus hair, commonly referred to as peach fuzz. During a dermaplaning session, the skin care specialist uses a medical-grade scalpel to scrape across the surface of the skin. The blade removes a layer of dead skin as well as any vellus facial hair, immediately brightening it. This also helps skin care products absorb better and helps makeup glide on smoothly.
Dermaplaning is safe for all skin types, and is especially beneficial to those with sun damage, fine lines, dry patches, and dull skin. But those with sensitive skin should consult with their skin care specialist before receiving treatment. This treatment should be done only by professionals who are trained in this procedure.
